Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing N&H. We are proud to offer worldwide shipping for our premium streetwear collections. Please review our shipping terms and turnaround times below:

1. Production & Fulfillment Time Because we operate on a custom, made-to-order basis, each garment is tailored, printed, or embroidered specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production and quality inspection before your order is handed over to the courier.

2. Estimated Shipping Times Once production is complete and your package is shipped from our facility, estimated delivery windows are as follows:

• Domestic Shipping (US / EU): 3 to 7 business days.

• International Shipping (Saudi Arabia, GCC, and Rest of the World): 7 to 15 business days. (Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays).

3. Order Tracking As soon as your package is dispatched, an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link will be sent to you. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s journey directly to your doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country's customs authorities. These additional charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
